Any person, other than a citizen of Nepal or a company or cooperative body registered under the Nepal laws or corporation or body corporate established under the Nepal Act, shall not be
entitled to subscribe shares of, or be a shareholder of the Corporation, without obtaining the permission of the Government of Nepal.
